Work by hand and work by machine.

MY HAND · THE MACHINE · THE ENGINES · THE APPLICATION

Boosted Mode does two different things, and it matters that you don't confuse them. Some are done once, with people — they have a start, an end and deliverables that stay yours. Others run month after month, inside a machine — they don't finish, they get started. This page says what concretely happens in each. What it costs is on the pricing page, separately, so you look at the work before you look at the number.

The hand Projects, once Positioning, identity, web, filming. I do them, with you, in interviews and on the edit. They take weeks, not minutes, and they end with documents and files you take with you wherever you go.
The machine The machine, month after month Session, extraction, production, approval, distribution. Your hand sits on two stages out of five — the filming and the approvals. The rest runs on its own, on the foundation written in the first column.
01 — The human work BM—02.1 / THE HAND

Four projects, made with people.

A machine doesn't invent your positioning, doesn't come and film at your place and doesn't decide how you look. These are projects with a start and an end — and they are exactly what the machine reads later in order to produce “in your voice”.

01 3 WEEKS

Positioning and message

Who you sell to, what you say and in which words. It's drawn out of you in interviews — it isn't filled into a form and it isn't bought off the shelf.

The positioning document: the market, the avatar, the promise
The key messages and the words you use, not the ones the category uses
The written offer: what you sell, to whom, in what order
The Brain layers filled in, ready for the engines to read

Visual identity

The mark, the visual system and how it's applied. So that no two pieces look like two different people, and so that good taste isn't required at every post.

The mark and its variants, in vector files
The palette, the typography and the rules for using them
The templates the machine uses later
The application guide, written so that someone else can follow it too

Web and the first campaign

The site and the path a person takes from a post to a conversation with you. Without that path, content stays applause.

The site, written and built on the positioning from point 01
The capture page for the first campaign
The form wired into the system, not into an inbox
The tracking: you can see which piece each person came from

Media production

One day of filming at your place, where the work actually happens, and three headline pieces cut out of it. I film and I edit.

One day of filming, directed with questions, not with a script read aloud
Three headline pieces, cut end to end
The raw footage, in your hands, in a format you can work with
The shots the machine cuts pieces from all year
How we film →
I take on a single foundation project a month. It isn't a scarcity tactic — it's what fits, when the work is done by hand. The four can be taken separately or as the complete Foundation, in order, over six to eight weeks. The prices are here.
02 — Monthly subscription BM—02.2 / THE MACHINE

What happens every month.

Five stages, in the order they happen. Your hand is on two of them — the second time won't even take as long as the first. The rest runs without you, but nothing goes out unseen.

01
The session Two hours of filming a month, directed with the questions that pull out what you know and no longer say because it seems obvious to you. Your hand
02
The extraction Out of those two hours come the month's angles: what's worth saying, in what order, for whom. Out of your words, not out of a prompt.
03
The production Six engines write, cut and draw every piece end to end, reading the Brain before the first word.
04
The approval You see everything before it goes out. What you reject isn't published, and the reason stays written down — next time it doesn't come up again. Your hand
05
The distribution Calendar, publishing to Instagram and Facebook, capture pages, forms and follow-up. To your accounts.

What it doesn't do: it doesn't send cold messages for you, it doesn't publish anything without your approval, it doesn't invent things you never said and it doesn't post to YouTube. The Brain is included in everything and isn't sold separately — and the application is included too: anyone on the System no longer pays the 249 €.
03 — What's inside BM—02.3 / THE ENGINES

Nothing writes until it has read you.

The machine is made of engines, and each one starts after it has read the Brain, not before. They aren't tiers and they aren't bought piece by piece — they all start, in the same month.

Dexter Research You know what to say before you turn the camera on. It listens to your niche week by week — what's being discussed, what worked for others, what changed — and pulls out the month's angles, not general headlines. Without it, the filming session starts with “what are we talking about today?”. That's where the month is lost, not on the edit. Where it lives: in the Brain
Content Studio The piece comes out cut, not as a sketch. Six engines that write, draw and cut: video, carousels, stills, writing. Each reads the Brain before the first word, so no two pieces look like two different people. Without it, you have a good text and still nothing to publish. The distance from idea to piece is the whole job. How it's produced
Leads Machine You know who to ask, and in which words. A list of prospects scored on who actually buys from you, plus the message written for each one — starting from your offer as it's written in the Brain, not from a template. It sends nothing on its own. You press Send, from your own account — the platforms allow nothing else, and they're right not to. What happens next
An AI tool asks you to explain who you are every single time. This one remembered. That's why the engines aren't sold separately: research feeds production, production feeds distribution, and all three read the same Brain. Pulled out of the chain, one piece does less than it does inside it.
04 — With your own hands BM—02.4 / THE APPLICATION

The same machine, without the hands.

The same engines, the same Brain, the same approval. The difference is who presses the buttons: there it's me, here it's you.

You build your profile in the application, answering questions at your own pace. Then you ask for a piece on a subject and watch it come out end to end: written, drawn or cut, in your identity, ready to schedule on your accounts.

It isn't a trial version of the service. It's the same machine, started by your hand. If you get to the point of not wanting to press the buttons yourself, you move to the System and carry on from where you left off — the profile stays yours, the questions aren't asked again.

One subject can be produced end to end without a card, so you see what comes out when the system knows who you are, not what comes out of an empty prompt.

Door 1 The self-serve application Start with one subject No card. A single subject, produced end to end.
05 — The limits, written down BM—02.5 / WHAT WE DON'T DO

Four things we don't sell.

They're written here because they're sold everywhere and because a promise you can't keep shows up in month two, not at signing.

×
Publishing to YouTube We publish to Instagram and Facebook. That's it. We give you the video master so you can upload it wherever you want, but we don't claim we upload it ourselves.
×
Automated cold DMs No platform allows cold messages sent by a program, whoever tells you otherwise. What we give you is the list and the written message; you press Send.
×
A television set I have studio equipment and a space of my own — small, but it does the job. Even so, we usually film at your place, in the real place where you work: that background says something about you a studio wall can't. The studio stays the fallback.
×
Percentages from other clients I won't show you “+340% in three months” from someone you don't know. The numbers you'll see will be your own, measured from the system, from month one.
06 — What gets asked BM—02.6 / QUESTIONS

What people ask me before they start.

Can I take the System without a foundation?

You can, if you already have clear positioning and an identity you can hand over. If you don't, the machine will produce a lot, inconsistently — it has no way of knowing what “yours” means. In that case I tell you on the call that it isn't the moment; I don't sell you the subscription.

Who does the filming and the edit?

I do. I don't subcontract production and I don't send someone else to you. That's why I take on a single foundation project a month — it's what fits in a month of one person, not of a calendar.

What happens if I stop?

The foundation stays yours: documents, vector files, site, the footage. The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term, and the pieces produced up to then stay published and in your possession. We hold nobody with a contract.

Are the two hours really two hours?

Yes, once a month, plus the approvals — which are a few minutes a day, on your phone. You're not in status calls and you don't write briefs. If it starts running longer than that, something is badly built in the system, not in you.

Do you work with any industry?

No. The system makes sense where the person is the brand — where people come to you because they know you, they like how you think or they heard about you from someone. Consultants, clinics, professional services, founders who sell through who they are. If you sell a product where it doesn't matter who you are, I'll tell you from the start that I'm not the right instrument.

Where do I see the prices?

On the pricing page, together with what goes into each. I kept them apart from this page so you can read what happens before you look at the number.

Twenty minutes, so you know where you're starting from.

You tell me where you are and what you already have. I tell you whether you need a foundation, whether it's the moment for the System, or whether the most honest thing is to start on your own from the application.

Let's talk Or go straight into the application and start on your own.
