They aren't variants of the same thing — they're things that do different jobs and get bought at different moments. The Foundation is done once. The System runs monthly and includes the application. The application on its own is the same machine without my hands.

01 — A project, once BM—07.1 / THE FOUNDATION

The human work that comes before the machine.

The machine produces “in your voice” only if that voice is written down somewhere. The Foundation is the part I do by my own hand, together with you — and it stays yours whatever comes next.

It can also be bought piece by piece, in the order above. There's a floor I don't go under — under it what comes out isn't a foundation, it's a handsome document that doesn't hold up in production. Real capacity: one project a month.

The machine, started on your foundation.

All five stages, in full, month after month — the application included. Your hand is on two of them: the filming session and the approvals.

Once a month you give two hours of your face. Out of them come 53 pieces, produced in your identity, scheduled and published to your accounts — after you approve them.

The monthly session — two hours of filming, directed with the questions that pull out what you know and no longer say.
The extraction — the angles come out of your words, not out of a prompt.
The production — video, carousels, stills, writing; every piece end to end.
The approval — you see everything before it goes out; what you reject isn't published and the reason stays written down.
The distribution — calendar, publishing to Instagram and Facebook, capture pages, forms, follow-up.
The Brain — the profile every engine reads from. Included, not optional. See what's in it.
The Application, included — the same screens, the same account. The 249 € isn't paid on top.
The prospects and the messages — a scored list of who buys from you, plus the message written for each one. I write them; you press Send, from your own account.

On request a month Write to us on WhatsApp Monthly, no minimum term. It starts once the foundation is done. It's assisted work, run in Romanian — the price comes on request.
What it doesn't do: it doesn't send cold messages for you, it doesn't publish without your approval, it doesn't invent things you never said and it doesn't post to YouTube.
03 — The other door BM—07.3 / THE APPLICATION

The same machine, without the hands.

It isn't a cheaper tier of the service — it's a different way of using it. You come in on your own, fill in your profile, order pieces and publish them.

The system is the same: the same engines, the same Brain, the same calendar and the same approval screens. What you don't get is the human part — the filming session at your place, the edit made by me, the foundation written together.

The complete Brain — nothing locked, no section held back for service clients. The engines read from the same profile as on the System.

I write the positioning, with you. Who you sell to, what you say, in which words — out of interviews, not out of a form. It's decided in conversation, because it has to match who you actually are.
The site and the first campaign come out of the same hand. It isn't left to you to tie the pieces together.
Before filming I tell you what to say and how. One to one, at every session — not a guide sent by email.
Fifteen years of marketing sit behind these decisions. What won't work I tell you before you spend on it, not after.

On your own — the Application, 249 €

The machine is identical. The same engines, the same Brain, the same calendar, the same publishing. Nothing locked.
What you don't get is the judgement behind it. Who you sell to and what you say you fill in yourself, in the profile.
The application suggests; it doesn't decide. Whether a phrasing sounds like you or not, the verdict stays yours — and everything that comes out after hangs on it.
It works very well if you already have a message that lands. It's harder if you're still looking for it.
The machine amplifies, it doesn't invent. Started on a clear foundation, it pulls a year of presence out of two hours a month. Started on an unclear message, it makes a lot out of little — and it shows. That's why the foundation is done first, by my own hand, whichever of the two doors you come in through.

The second job isn't free. You just don't pay for it in money.

Before you compare a monthly fee with zero, look at what it costs you now to do by yourself what the machine does.

The number above is mine, measured on me — not a market average. Put your own hourly rate on those 78 hours and you have the answer, whatever it turns out to be. If those hours go back into the first job, the question “is it expensive?” turns into “how fast does it pay for itself?”.
06 — The details BM—07.6 / QUESTIONS

What everyone asks before signing.

Can I take the System without a foundation?

You can, if you already have clear positioning and a visual identity you can hand over. If you don't, the machine will produce a lot, inconsistently — because it has no way of knowing what “yours” means. In that case I tell you on the call that it isn't the moment; I don't sell you the subscription.

Why is the foundation a project and not a subscription?

Because it ends. The positioning, the mark, the site and the first three pieces are made once and stay yours. There's no sense paying monthly for something that isn't remade monthly.

Can I stop the subscription?

Yes, it's monthly and has no minimum term. What was produced up to then stays yours, and so does the foundation. We hold nobody with a contract. How to stop it, step by step: terms, section 08.

In which currency do you invoice?

Prices are shown in euro. For clients in Romania the invoice is issued and paid in lei, at the National Bank rate of the invoice day — that's what the law on settlements between residents requires, not a preference. For clients outside Romania, in euro. The payment details are in the terms.

Do the prices include VAT?

The prices on this page are final — that's what you pay. I'm not VAT-registered, so nothing is added on top of them at invoicing. If that changes, the prices here change with it and you find out beforehand, not on the invoice.

Are the Application and the System bought together?

No, and it wouldn't make sense. The System includes the application — if you're on the System, the 249 € isn't paid on top. The application on its own is for anyone who wants to operate it with their own hands, or who wants to see the machine before we talk about services.

Can I buy just one piece — just production, just research?

Not as a separate subscription, and not out of stinginess: the engines don't work piece by piece. Research feeds production, production feeds distribution, and all of them read the same Brain. Pulled out of the chain, one piece does visibly less than it does inside it. If you already have someone on content and want only part of the work, it's a project conversation — priced on what you ask for, not a hidden tier.

What isn't included in the application compared with the System?

Nothing from the software. The difference is my work: the filming session at your place, the edit, the foundation written together, the prospects and the messages. In the application you have every screen and the whole Brain — it isn't a stripped-down version, it's the same machine without an operator.

Why don't I see packages with “from”?

Because these prices are the prices. There is no hidden, more expensive version that shows up on the call, and no discounts for whoever negotiates better. What we discuss on the call is whether you need a foundation and where we start — not what it costs.
